Pastor Roger, before becoming part of the start up of Blackberry Ridge Church in 2007, was a long-time staff member of Youth for Christ. He worked with teens and families for 23 years before becoming the Campus Pastor here at Blackberry Ridge.

Roger has been married to his wife Ginny for 34 years (and counting). They live in Medina. He has three grown children and two grandchildren.
